Hi, My Name is Bob Stamper and I created Unit Center for the purpose of helping Mary Kay Directors and Consultants grow their Units.  This picture is of my wife Kristy (in the shades) and I and our two "adopted" children.  The little one on the left is Bethany, adopted from China, we assisted a couple in the church with that process.  The girl on the right is Rebecca who we claim as our "adopted" teenager.  The picture was taken on Easter Sunday 2010.

In order to be successful in your Mary Kay business you need people, and people who are on the same page when it comes to marketing and selling the Mary Kay product line.  As a Mary Kay Director or a Consultant with the intention of becoming a Director, you have the knowledgebase and passion necessary to see your business grow.  In order to impart that passion into your Mary Kay Unit, you need a system that can distribute the information, training, and motivation to your Mary Kay Unit effectively.
